Program Overview:
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years old
  • The program involves shadowing of a Kaiser Permanente physician in the office and/or hospital setting
  • The duration of the program is typically 3 months
  • Applications are reviewed monthly, and you will be notified on whether you are selected to participate in the Kaiser Permanente Orange County Physician Shadowing Program and further instructions will be communicated
  • Currently, the waitlist stands at 80+ applicants
  • Shadowing in the Operating Room is not permitted
